Material Matters – Artist Announcement

We are excited to announce the artists and makers that we are supporting to take part in Create CIC’s Material Matters programme!

For the next ten weeks, these artists will be expanding their knowledge of ceramics and warm glass at Create Contemporary Crafts Hub in Camborne, experimenting with new materials, learning from in-house clay and glass artists (@janesmithglass and @lois.jones.ceramics), and taking part in regular group tutorials. The focus is on how engaging with ceramics or glass can transform and inform their existing creative practices, regardless of their primary medium.

At the end of the programme, their work will be on show at the Crafts Hub. Until then, congratulations and good luck to all those taking part!
